Summary:

This course is similar in content to the 40-HR Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response course but is designed for occasional site workers for specific limited tasks and / or who are unlikely to be exposed over the permissible exposure limits or other published exposure limits.

The course will focus on working safely around hazardous materials and hazardous waste and will provide the student with the necessary information and certification needed to assist at a hazardous waste site.
